PCI Certification – 16 and 30 January

With a PCI Certification, you strengthen your toolbox for working with People Culture Intelligence. You learn to use the PCI Culture Analysis and the PCI Dialogue tools in practice.

Dates for the certification :

• Kickoff Webinar : January 7, at 15:00-16:00
• Q&A webinar : January 14, at 14:00-16:00
• Method and facilitation day : 16 January, at 08:30-16:00 (physical presence required)
• Model training day : 30 January, at 08:30-16:00 (physical presence required)

The webinars are recorded, so if you are unable to do so, you can view the recordings later. Please note that attendance on the two physical days is mandatory to complete the certification.

Included in the certification process :

• All phases of the certification process: E-learning, webinars, certification days, training period and a multiple-choice test.
• 2 months' access to the Ex3 Portal with PCI E-learning (videos, reading material and tests), inspiration material, network forum and much more.
• 2 months access to the PCI Platform, where you can create, manage and analyze PCI Culture analyses.
• PCI Dialogue tools (Table model, dialogue cards, workshop materials etc.).
• 1:1 sparring (4 x 15 minutes).
• Meals on the physical certification days.
• A PCI Certification Certificate.
